Peer Groups

Participation in a peer group is part of the advanced training in TCI. The members of a peer group are more or less at the same stage of training in TCI. They themselves are responsible for organizing the work and the meetings of their peer group. They have to find and choose the contents of the meetings and a suitable organizational structure (length and preparation of the meetings, who is leading the meeting etc.).

The purpose and the aim of TCI peer groups are the further development of self-initiative and self-organization (chairperson). That is why TCI peer groups were conceived as a "sibling groups" without a fixed leadership. Participation in a peer group enables the participants to look at their own biography and to understand their individual course of life. It also supports their competence in leading.

Our newly founded peer group is still looking for one or two companions: We are a colourful group from different professional and geographical parts of Germany and Austria and meet about every 10-12 months in the NRW area for a weekend in presence. In between we stay in touch online and work on our topics. If you would like more information or are interested, please contact Matthias Rürup (matthias.ruerup@googlemail.com). Our next online meeting is on 8 August 2023 at 7:30 p.m. and the first meeting in presence is planned for the weekend 27.10. - 29.10.2023 in NRW.
